You will need:
- 300 ml . Sour cream
- 300 ml . milk
- 100 gr. sugar (Or 66 gr. fructose)
- 2 vanilla
- 2 teaspoons brandy
** The cream and milk, may alternatively be Light .
Procedure :
- Beat with mixer the cream with sugar and vanilla until whipped. It needs around 10 minutes, if you use the quickly staircase.
- Add the brandy and the milk.
- Mix gently until incorporated materials.
- Now it is ready to get into the freezer.
Repeat the process now per 30 minutes, another 3 or 4 times. The more times and as best as we can break the ice microcrystals, the more creamy texture will have our ice cream.
The pot you will use, have to be relatively shallow as much as we can work with the mixer.
