  • 300 ml . milk
  • 100 gr. sugar (Or 66 gr. fructose)
  • 2 vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons brandy

** The cream and milk, may alternatively be Light .

Procedure :

  1. Beat with mixer the cream with sugar and vanilla until whipped. It needs around 10 minutes, if you use the quickly staircase.
  2. Add the brandy and the milk.
  3. Mix gently until incorporated materials.
  4. Now it is ready to get into the freezer.
To give the ice cream smooth and creamy texture, all you have to do is the following:

After having stayed in the freezer 40 minutes, remove and beat with mixer or hand mixer in order to break all the tiny ice cubes that have formed (mainly near the walls of the pot at this stage).
Repeat the process now per 30 minutes, another 3 or 4 times. The more times and as best as we can break the ice microcrystals, the more creamy texture will have our ice cream.
The pot you will use, have to be relatively shallow as much as we can work with the mixer.
Served with honey and nuts!
