What you will need:
- 1/2 cup coarse sea salt,
- 3/4 cup Epsom salts you find in drugstores,
- 1/4 cup baking soda,
- 8 drops essential oil
- food coloring.
In a large bowl, mix the coarse salt, the Epsom salt to soothe the tired muscles, and baking soda to relieve skin irritation. Finally add a few drops of essential oils and optionally put food coloring in order to take your bath salts a beautiful colour.

Choose your favourite essential oil:
