Alfredo light Spaghetti
A white, delicious and light sause for your pasta! Keep the recipe!
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups light milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp flour
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet of tagliatelle (500 g.)
Preperation
1. Put your pastaIn a big saucepan of salted boiled water according to the package instuctions.
2. In a nonstick pan warmed the olive oil at medium heat over and add the garlic until get a gold color.
3. In a small saucepan stir the milk, the chicken broth, the salt and pepper and keep stirring constantly until become thick enough.
4. Put the mixture with milk in the olive oil, and continue to stir over medium heat, stirring constantly until your sauce thickens.
5. Add the parmesan and move it from the oven.
6. Serve with the warm sauce, and put extra parmesan on it.
