Delicious Apple pie tart!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 125 gr.butter
  • 250 g. flour all-purpose
  • 125 g. caster sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • a pinch of salt
  • a little cold water
For the stuffing:
  • 4 green apples
  • 300g. red wine
  • 150g. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 beaten albumen


EXECUTION:
In food processor whisk the flour with the salt, sugar and butter until it becomes like breadcrumbs. Add the egg and minimum cold water (1-2 tablespoons) and make a quick dough. Cover it with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. At the same time, wash the apples and cut into thin slices with a knife. Put them in a saucepan with the sugar, the wine, the cinnamon and the lemon zest. Cook over low heat until the wine evaporates, apples and boil the juice that is left to be like syrup. Allow apples to cool. Yeast a pastry sheet, place in a tart pan, and with a fork make some holes.
