Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

A 2 minutes recipe..which has an incredible result in taste. It's the most healthy ice cream and low fat..


INGREDIENTS:
3 cups (720g) Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup (150g) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


PREPARATION: 
In a bowl add yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Put the ice in the freezer for 2-3 hours and then enjoy without guilt!
You can add cookies, honey, nuts, fruits, caramel, espresso, chocolate or whatever you want!
 

 
Some secrets:
  • a tiny bit of some type of alcohol will keep the ice cream or yogurt from getting so hard
  • the more fat you add to the Yogurt, the soften the ice cream will get..
