Are you invited to party and you don' t have fancy shoes?Ceate your own sparkling high heels!- a pair of old high heels, or high heels you didn't wear any more
- a sandpaper
- permanent clear glue
- tweezers
- glitter(silver, white) or crystal studs
Put a small amount of glue on the shoe, starting from the top of the shoe and going to the down part of shoe. If you want a less sparkling effect, the only you have to do is to rasp and apply the glue only in the heel of the shoe or in the platform too.
Place the glitter on the glue, push it, and let it dry. Now if you don' t like glitter, you can also use instead , crystal studs at every colour you want. I've found some crystals here at ebay. And remember!The smaller, the better..Place each crystal with the tweezer on the small part of glue of the shoe, then push it and let it dry.

I suggest glitter only if your heels are old and there is no problem to rasp them. Otherwise it would be better to use clear crystal studs, so your heels will have the same colour, but with a more sparkling look!
